Judge with a sustainable mission – to work in an environmental court
The article gives a short overview of how the Land and Environment Courts in Sweden were evolved, how they are organized and their position in the global ambition to reach a sustainable development. The author also gives some notes on his experiences from working as a judge in such a court.
